Ibane picked up the points over an under strength Bandon side in the Minor A hurling league game played in Timoleague. The breeze favoured Ibane in the 1st half and they led at half time by 2-09 to 2-05. Aaron Knowles getting the 1st goal and Liam Colberth with a very good individual effort for the 2nd. Ibane picked off the points in the 2nd half with Micheal Whelton getting some good long range scores and Evan O'Sullivan was on hand to finish the ball to the net to get the half 's only goal and it left the final score 3-16 to 2-11 and victory to Ibane .
