Plenty of fun in the sun last Saturday morning as our Under 8 footballers travelled to Dunmanway for another blitz. At a packed venue on what was a gloriously balmy morning we fielded two teams who gave their all and played some lovely football.
Team 1: Callum Collins, Josh Twomey, Harrison Twomey, Ollie Hunt, Anthony Hunt, Dan Morse & Conor Fleming who played Ilen Rovers, Kilmeen and Macroom.
Team 2 Paraic Coakley, Jason Sweetnam, Aisling Coakley, Conrad Murphy, Fionn Harrigan, Riley O’Donovan & Robert McCarthy who faced Macroom, Muintir Baire and Castlehaven.
Thanks to the host club for their organisation on what was the busiest blitz morning of the year thus far.
