Ibane enjoyed a good win over their West Cork rivals Ahan in the second round of the U21 Premier 2 Hurling Championship. Ibane were slow in getting into the game in the first half not helped by a few bad wides and concession of soft goals they went in at half time 2-07 to 0-09 in arrears.
To a man they upped their game in the second half and aided by the accuracy of Ted Kearney they made it count on the scoreboard to win on a score of 0-19 to 2-10.
