On Sunday evening at Belgooly Ibane Gaels played Kinsale in the semi-final of the Under 14 (A) Football Championship. Kinsale with the aid of the breeze led by 2-09 to 1-03 at half time. The Ibane boys put in a spirited performance against a physically strong Kinsale outfit who ran out worthy winners, Best on the night for Ibane were: James Crowley, David Holland, Olan O’Donovan, Ronan Coakley, Diarmuid McCarthy & Charlie Twomey.
