Ibane Gaels 3-11 Cloughduv 1-08
Ibane opened their campaign in the Rebel Og West Division 1 U18 Hurling league with a win over Cloughduv on Sunday morning in Barryroe.
In a good clean game of hurling Ibane retired at half time leading by 2-05 to 1-05 the goals coming from Luke Murphy and Daire Walsh.
The 2nd period took a while to get going scorewise however it was Ibane who seized the initiative and finished the game strongly with Daire getting his 2nd goal
