Sponsored Walk Moved to 21st June @7:30pm

13 June, 2016

After making history in May by winning the 1st county 'A' football Feile for the club the Ibane u14 football squad now head to Kenmare on the 24th of June to compete in the All Ireland Feile weekend.

To raise funds for the weekend the squad are busy collecting sponsorship for a sponsored walk on next Tuesday the 21st of June at 7:30pm from under the abbey in Timoleague  to Courtmacsherry. Please come out and walk with the team. There will also be refreshments in Courtmacsherry hall afterwards.

The lads will be playing on Friday the 24th of June and Saturday morning the 25th. Refer website for fixtures times and opposition.

They then will head to Dr Crokes in Killarney on Saturday at 1.45pm to play in the ¼ finals of either the cup or shield competition (depends on results)

The semi-finals are fixed for Sunday at 12.30 in Gneeveguillia and the final will be on at 3pm in Rathmore. Hopefully we will all be heading to Rathmore on the Sunday afternoon!

If you can make it to Kenmare or Killarney for any of the games the lads would really appreciate the support!

The squad are also taking part in a Feile parade in Kenmare on Saturday evening at 7pm.  No doubt former Barryroe great Sean O'Regan will have the red carpet out!
