Open letter to Barryroe / Courtmacsherry Area

YOUR COMMUNITY NEEDS YOUR HELP!
We, the Barryroe Defibrillator Group are in operation since 2010. We have 6 defibrillators throughout our Community, in Courtmacsherry, Butlerstown, Barryroe GAA pitch, Barryroe Co-Op and Grange Tavern and one floating Defibrillator.
Initially, approx. 50 members were trained in CPR and Defibrillator use. Throughout the intervening years we have had 7 call-outs and conducted numerous Community training sessions in CPR.
Whilst we appreciate the financial contribution from our Community for the maintenance and operation of the defibrillators, in 2013 19 members recertified, and in 2015 6 members recertified which means we currently have ONLY 6 ACTIVE MEMBERS.
We NOW need YOUR HELP otherwise the Group is in danger of Disbanding and the defibrillators will be left unmanned. If you would be interested in helping us and getting actively involved in YOUR Parish please TEXT 0871622308 to register your interest.
