BARRYROE RUNNING

Barryroe Running continues tomorrow, Saturday 18/2 at the GAA track from 10am to 11am.

Suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes. Sessions designed for each individual's level of fitness. Typical hour:

- 15min walk, jog, chat.
- 15min 'Yoga / Pilates'
- 30min run / walk of different speeds (completely dependant on individual level of fitness). Walk only if you wish.

All about getting out, being active and having some fun.
