REMINDER: End of Season Blitz

As in previous years, we are planning on rounding off the GAA season with a hurling and football blitz on the morning of Saturday 28th October. Format will be similar to the last few years and along the following lines:
- Piper led parade to commence proceedings at 10am sharp.
- There will be 4 x U12, 4 x U10, 4 x U8 and 4 x U6 teams.
- Teams will be mixed boys and girls (as evenly as possible).
- Each team will play 2 x 15min hurling games first and then 2 x 15min football games.
- Young referees (8 boys/girls needed) to ref games.
- Tea/coffee during and afterwards for parents/coaches, drink/snack for the kids.
- Coaches of different age groups to arrange teams prior to commencement and organise someone to look after each team.
When notifying your teams about the blitz please ensure that players are there on time. We will gather at 9:45am to organise teams and line up for parade. Please encourage parents to attend also.
