The Southern Star have launched a new competition in search of West Cork's greatest ever sports person and our very own Jennifer Curry has been selected as one of 16 contenders. A well deserved accolade for one of the finest players to grace a camogie pitch. Over the next few weeks participants will battle it out in a straight knock out, voting will be via Twitter polls and Jennifer has been drawn against Nollaig Cleary [Castlehaven] in what has been deemed to tie of the round.
Keep an eye on club media channels over the coming days and members will be encouraged to vote early and often!
