Barryroe GAA send their best wishes to the Intermediate and Junior B hurlers and management team's ahead of their opening round of championship games this weekend. On Sunday the intermediate hurlers take on Kilbrittain in Timoleague at 2pm and the Junior B hurlers travel to Rossmore later that evening to take on Bantry Blues at 7pm.

To comply with Government and GAA guidelines the number of supporters who can attend this game is severely restricted. If interested in attending please contact Runaí Richard Murphy by one of the following options to register your interest:

  • landline 0238840221 only after 9:30pm
  • WhatsApp text to 086 307 3497
  • email [email protected]

All ticket applications requests should be submitted no later than 6pm Thursday 30th July.

We expect to be over-subscribed for the Intermediate hurling game. If so, tickets will be raffled and limited to one per household. For those unable to attend, we will again be streaming the match on our club Facebook page which worked out well last Saturday. To assist with the cost of providing this streaming service, the cost of a match ticket will be €15 per person [in lieu of €8 as advertised by the County Board]. If a raffle is required, we will be drawing the tickets tomorrow Thursday night and those who applied will be notified on availability.

All spectators who are lucky enough to secure a ticket are to follow the GAA guidelines illustrated hereunder and found here.
