The death has occurred of Killian Lawton
Donomore, Lislevane, Barryroe, Cork

Lawton (Donomore, Lislevane), on July 28th, age 24, passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Marymount Hospice, Cork, to the grief of his heartbroken family; parents Patrick and Kay (nee Keohane), brothers Padraig and Barry, sisters Nora and Eimear, sister-in law Ciara and nephews Sean, Conor, Cathal and Cian.

Killian will be sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, grand-aunt Mary, cousins, extended family, neighbours and numerous friends from Barryroe, Clonakilty Community College and University College Cork, along with his colleagues in River and Mercantile, London. Killian passed after a short illness borne with great dignity.

Barryroe GAA Club remember Killian as a wonderful, smiling and talented young man and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. The club extends our deepest sympathies to the Lawton family on Killian's loss and our thoughts and prayers are with them at this extremely sad and difficult time.

Killian had a distinguished career with Barryroe and Ibane Gaels with one of his career highs being an integral member of the U21 football county winning panel in 2016. (Pictured below (center) with friends and Ibane Gaels team mates on that great day in Pairc Ui Rinn).
