Ibane Gaels U18 Medal Presentation

The presentation of medals was made by Haulie O’Neill to the victorious Ibane Gaels U18 Football Panel that won the West Cork Championship and league in 2021 in the Courtmacsherry Hotel last night. Our sincere thanks to Haulie for taking the time to attend. Haulie applauded the lads and encouraged them to continue to play, enjoy the game, be accountable and respectful. Ibane Chairman, Jim Foley, thanked the coaching team of Oisin Dowling, Finbarr Butler, John Walsh, Brendan Coleman, John McSweeney, Paul O'Regan & Liam Murphy and was loud in praise for all the coaches involved in Ibane training. Fergal & Sean Walsh & Olan O’Donovan were congratulated on making it onto the Cork Minor and U20 Squads for 2022. The success of Ibane is evident in the number of players representing Clonakilty Community College & Hamilton High School in the Corn Uí Mhuirí competition and on Cork squads.
