Barryroe members extends its heartfelt and sincere sympathies to Danny, Cora, Luke, Conrad, Isla and the extended Murphy family on the passing of Maura (Bridgewater, Ballincollig and late of Mashanaglass, Macroom). On August 31st 2022, peacefully in the exceptional care of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Cork University Hospital, Maura (nee Downey), beloved wife of the late Dónal, loving mother of Gerard, Paula, Stephen, Louise, Oonagh, Daniel and Des and sister of the late Jimmy, Eddie, Sheila and Ann. Will be sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Teri, Val, Majella, Cora and Irene, son-in-law Oran, grandchildren Eoin, Jack, Caoimhe, Luke, Conrad, Dylan, Isla, Cian, Cillian and Raphael, sister Kay, brothers Ted and John, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews (especially Conor), nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Thursday (1st September) from 7pm to 8pm for visitation. Requiem Mass on Friday (2nd September) at 11am at the Church of St Mary and St John, Ballincollig which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig. Funeral afterwards to St Oliver’s Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to The Stroke Unit, Cork University Hospital www.cuhcharity.ie
