Ladies first, the camogie team's results were as follows,
Barryroe 6-8 V Ballinspittle 0-0 in Ballinspittle
Barryroe 7-2 v Kinsale 0-0 in Kinsale
Barryroe 6-5 v Minane BridgeTracton 0-1 in Kinsale.
(Note one point conceded in their three games).
They then went on to win the Mini 7's INMO Final
Barryroe 3-6 V Clogroe 1-2 in Newcestwon.
and
Aideen O'Riordan was picked to represent the school in the Mini 7's Competition in Croke Park in August.
A little celebration is in order AND NO HOMEWORK.
All smiles and why not.
Not to be outdone however,
The boys Results were ;
Barryroe 3-9 v Minane Bridge 1-5
Barryroe 3-11 v Ballinadee 2-7
Barryroe 4-3 v Kinsale 0-0.
This means that BOTH teams will play in the Scith na Scoil finals in either Páirc Úi Chaoimh or Páirc Úi Rinn.
