FITNESS DOES WIN MATCHES.
Calling on unknown reservoirs of energy our Junion "D" footballers overcame St.Mary's on Monday night in the Championship. They decided it would be more fun to win in extra time, so they settled for 6 points a piece at the end of normal time.
The Mars bars and Lucozade kicked in during extra time and we added 1-3, while keeping the home side scoreless.

Appearantly one or two of the "less fit" players had to be helped from their cars on arriving home.
It also seems our Physio had to be treated for exhaustion.
