Here is a link to a great article on GAA.ie about Dessie Fitzgerald, Charleville who was badly injured in a hurling match,
(he played against Barryroe in the 2007 county final ),.
There are fundraising events taking place in next few weeks , as far as I know Barryroe has supported his cause in past, it's
worth the read for inspirational purposes alone.
Sometimes sport seems very unimportant.
