U8 hurlers in Enniskeane

Below are some photos Paul took from last Saturdays hurling blitz in Enniskeane. We entered two teams, team one playing Clon, Oliver Plunketts and O Mathuna's, while team two played Kilbrittain, Kilmeen and Newcestown
Holiday season meant that we were short a few regular players so the weekends matches proved more competitive than our previous blitz. We were still very happy with the skills of our players, with some great examples of blocking, hooking and ground hurling.
Attention now turns to the Under 8 tournament taking place in the tennis court in Courtmacsherry at 6pm on Thursday, as part of the festival.
