Sunday's U12 game off + Any designers in the club?

The banner at the top of the new website, was always meant to be a placeholder and with the work now just about finished on the site, this is the last job in hand.
The problem with the current banner,
is that it is fixed in time,(2007), and we need something that is not fixed time wise.
here is an alternative type,
This is a stylised type of banner, all soft focus, while something like this,
is sharp and not at all soft focus.
The problem is that going outside the club for a banner would cost money.
The first two cost us nothing, and we want to keep it that way. If anyone else is capable of designing a new banner, or if anyone has any ideas on same, please give me a shout.
We are allowed one change free of charge.
