Ibane Minor and U 16's take in Cork game + U13 team get back to training.

On Saturday last Ibane Gaels Under 16 & Minor teams attended the Cork V Clare NHL match at Pairc Ui Rinn.
Before the match the teams trained at Ballincollig GAA Club under the guidance of Club Coach Danny Murphy & current Cork Minor Hurling trainer Johnny Dwyer.
Refreshments were provided in the club pavilion. Ballincollig club members we met were delighted to see Danny back at the club where he had a distinguished playing career for many years winning County Under 21 & Intermediate Hurling Championships. The Cork match was enjoyed by all and the Ibane lads were happy going home having seen their heroes lower the banner.

John Dineen tells us that U 13 training begins on Saturday next from 10 to 11.15. (SHARP). He is delighted to have new coaches on board for this group, which will involve 6th Class and first year boys.
