Report for 2013 U14 County League Semi Final game vs Clonakilty Wednesday 28 Aug @ 6:30pm in Timoleague

Result: Barryroe 0-2 Clonakilty 7-6
As a result of the U14 County League, completed in June, whereby Barryroe were joint third with Ballinascarthy and therefore, qualified for the County League Semi Final and hence were drawn to play against Clonakilty.
Playing conditions were good and the girls put in a battling performance. Barryroe were against the wind in the first half and all the scores came from Clon. In the second half, Clon opened the scoring with a goal, followed by a point. Chloe Collins, who came on in the second half scored a great point from play and this was followed by another equally great point from Aoife Kearney, also from play. Clon then went on to score a point to conclude the final result. Great goal keeping from Therese McCarthy and defending by Shannon Chapman and Clodagh Maloney in the second half.
