The U12 hurlers played Bandon in a friendly on Friday night under lights in Bandon. This game was arranged to prepare for the league final which is on October 13th against Newcestown. Barryroe won this fixture earlier this year by 1 point. Bandon started well scoring 2 goals early on. We settled down and got 1-3 leaving the score at the break 4-3 to 1-3 .Barryroe had the better of the second half getting some great scores. The game finished Bandon 7-8 Barryroe 5-8. This was a great test for our young side ahead of the final.
