Following recent cancellations (thanks to players/parents for their patience) due to the weather, Barryroe’s under 8s kickstarted their season with a very enjoyable trip to neighbours Kilbrittain on Saturday morning last. We split into 2 teams and in glorious sunshine for a change, each team played 2 hurling matches and 1 football match against the boys in black and amber. Thanks to our hosts Kilbrittain for facilitating the game and for the treats afterwards!
