Sam Maguires came out on top in this entertaining hurling league game played in Timoleague, Maguires led at half time by 2-06 to 1-07 the Ibane goal coming from Daniel O Driscoll. On the restart Maguires got a soft goal but straight away Ibane got a soft goal back from a free by Jack Murphy , the visitors streched their lead to six points but Ibane finished the stronger to leave a goal between the teams at the finish.
