Ibane U17'S gained their 1st piece of silverware this season when they defeated Ballinora in the final of the U17 Football league Final played in Bandon. Ibane started well and led by 0-03 to 0-00 early on back came Ballinora and led at half time 2-04 to 0-04. A more determined Ibane came out in the 2nd half and gradually took control of the game a Daniel Moloney goal being very influential and it was also Daniel who brought off a game changing save late on that helped Ibane to triumph 1-15 to 2-10.
