Ibane Gaels were defeated in the replay of the U17 Football Championship Final. There was nothing between the teams on the day and it was Castlehaven who led at half time 0-05 to 0-02. Ibane dominated the second half and were good value for their lead of 0-09 to 0-07. As the game neared it's end Castlehaven scored a penalty and a further point gave them the win 1-08 to 0-09.
