Ibane had a fine win over Newcestown in the first game of the U21 Championship. Ibane played with the strong wind in the first half and led 3-08 to 0-01, goals coming from Lorcan O'Leary ,Ryan O'Donovan and Philip Flynn. Newcestown never got going in the game and Ibane ran out winners 4-10 to 0-02, Ryan grabbing his second and Ibane's 4th goal.
