Renaming of Club Grounds

02 August, 2018

A very special and historic event is to take place on Bank Holiday Monday evening as a plaque will be unveiled and thus from this point onwards our grounds will be forever know as Páirc Uí Mhurchú in commemoration of the late Paddy Murphy. This gesture is in recognition of the excellent work undertaken by Paddy in his role of club secretary over a fifty-one year period. Representatives from the Cork and Carbery boards will all be in attendance. Formalities will commence at 5pm and refreshments will be served in the club dressing rooms on conclusion of the commemorative ceremony. This event is open to all.
