BT Young Scientist 2020

09 January, 2020

Well done to Michael Walsh of Butlerstown who had a project on view at the BT Young Scientist event at the RDS this week.

Michael's project in conjunction with Clonakilty Community College colleagues Tomas O'Hea and Finn O'Connell was an investigation into the prevalence of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (cam or pincer type) and what sports are most likely to cause severe hip impingement syndrome.

Pictured with the lads is ex-pat Padraig Whelton and Margaret Murphy O'Mahony TD.
