The Barryroe under 8 panel had their first blitz outing of the year when they travelled to sunny Enniskeane on Saturday morning last. An enjoyable hour’s hurling followed with games against Kilbrittain, Argideen Rangers and Sam Maguires. Countless players and supporters were spotted calling into the local Centra afterwards for well-deserved 99s to shorten the journey home.
