Barryroe’s first U12 hurling game of the season saw them make the short trip to Timoleague to take on the home side. Barryroe started slowly against the strong breeze and it was the boys in maroon and white who dominated the first half to lead at half-time by 3-4 to 0-0. It was a much improved performance in the second half from the Barryroe lads who will no doubt keep improving as the season gets into full swing in the weeks ahead.
