On Sunday 4th October, Barryroe U14 girls came away with a hard fought victory in the U14 'B' County Semi Final vs Na Piarsaigh in Timoleague. Na Piarsaigh decided to play with a gale wind in the first half but the Barryroe team dug in and were leading by 3 points at half time.
The team played with composure in the second half stretching out to win with a final score of – Barryroe 5-04 Na Piarsaigh 1-06. St Fanahans await for Barryroe in the Final provisionall fixed for the weekend of October 10th.
