Ibane qualified for the Minor B County Hurling Final with this win over Donoughmore played in Cloughduv under lights. Ibane were down a point early on before a long range free from Cathal O Donovan found its way to the net. This settled Ibane and they dominated the 1st half to lead at half time 1-09 to 0-04. It was a different Donoughmore team in the 2nd half and they were well on top in most parts of the pitch and with time running out had the lead reduced to 2 points however 2 late Ibane frees gave them the victory in a game they were glad to see the final whistle.
