Ibane paid the price for thinking this match was won when they were beaten by Bal in this Minor Football game played in Timoleague, with less than 15 minutes left Ibane led by 2-09 to 0-06 , but from there to the end there was only 1 team in it as Bal took over and they got the winning point in the last minute. Ibane played good football in patches and led at half time 1-07 to 0-03 the goal by Dylan Harrington, another Jack Cahalane goal early in the 2nd half put Ibane in a great position but minds switched off and there was no response when Bal upped the ante in the last quarter. It was a good lesson for both players and mentors that a game is never over till the final whistle.
