A physically stronger Newchestown side got the better of our U 12's on Saturday. The visitors led 1-2 to a point at the break and though we played much better against the wind in the second half, we could not breach the gap. Ryan O'Donovan had a goal for us, while Conn Dineen and Cathal Sheehy had points. Special mention to Florence Whicherly in goal who made a number of fine saves.
