It was a beautiful day overhead but a bit soft under foot for the opening minor game of the season.
Our girls put in a great team performance and had to be resilient to withstand a strong Valleys challenge. It was nip and tuck for all of the game before our girls in blue finally edged out Valleys to become eventual winners by a point.
