On Saturday 6th of April Ibane Gaels participated in the 2019 Feile Peil Under 14 Football Tournament playing matches against Clonakilty, St Colum’s, Kinsale & Castlehaven. In the first match a physically stronger Clon side were well over the Ibane boys, Ibane lost to group winners St Colum’s by a margin of five points, the matches against Kinsale & Castlehaven were much closer with Ibane losing by narrow margins. The Ibane boys gained good experience on the day with all of the panel members participating.
