Barryroe welcomed Kilbrittain to Páirc Uí Mhurchú for their final home league fixture of the season on Saturday evening last. After a promising start from the home side a well taken goal in the 8th minute saw the visitors retire at the short whistle leading 1-06 to 0-06. Although Barryroe controlled the majority of the second period with both Olan and Brian O'Donovan kicking some great scores, the elusive goal never materialised, resulting in the visitors runing out deserved winners 1-11 to 0-12.
