Club Archives: Minors win West Cork Title

#onthisdate 40 years ago, 3rd August 1983 the minor hurlers were crowned the kingpins of hurling in Carbery with a last gasp victory over Bandon in Kilbrittain. Barryroe had defeated Argideen Rangers and Kilbrittain on route to the final and went on defeat Blarney in the County Semi Final before eventually losing to a very strong Buttevant in the County decider.
