Barryroe picked up the two points on offer in their final Junior B Hurling Championship game against O'Donovan Rossa. Played on a glorious day in Rossmore, Barryroe held the upper hand in the first half and led by 2-06 to 0-06 at half time, the goals from Florence Wycherley and Brian O'Donovan. Skibb came back into it in the second period and the game was in the balance and it needed a great save from Ross O'Donovan to ensure the victory for Barryroe by 2-13 to 2-11.
