As a club and community, we pause to remember two much-loved members of Barryroe whose anniversaries occurred over the past week.

This past week marked the 1st anniversary of Donal Holland's passing and the 5th anniversary of Killian Lawton's passing.

Donal and Killian were two much-loved members of our community who shared a deep passion for Barryroe and Barryroe GAA Club. Their presence, friendship and commitment left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing them, and they continue to be fondly remembered by all in our club and parish.

While time moves on, they are never forgotten. Their memories remain an important part of Barryroe, and they continue to be greatly missed.

We remember Donal and Killian with great affection and extend our sincere thoughts and prayers to the Holland and Lawton families, and to all their relatives and friends

And a massive well done to the Lawton family who raised €13,000 in Killian’s memory for two very worthy causes - Brú Columbanus & Marymount Hospice.
